THE TRUTH IS,
Day Of Coordination isn't a real thing. Maybe it was helpful back in the days when a wedding was a church ceremony and a banquet hall reception, but we believe no coordinator can show up on the day of your wedding (or even the month before) and fully understand your vision, let alone help you execute it.
So, while it's called "Day Of" Coordination in the wedding world, we prefer to call it just Coordination. Our work together starts right when you book, typically 8 months before your wedding date.

Coordination is perfect for couples who want to lead their own planning while having expert support to bring everything together. We step in during the final months to manage logistics, timelines, and vendors so your wedding day unfolds seamlessly.
Coordination & Design Support builds on coordination with thoughtful design guidance. We help you refine your vision, make confident design decisions, and create a cohesive, elevated look for your wedding.
Partial Planning & Design is for couples who want more hands-on support throughout the process. In addition to coordination and design, we guide you in building your vendor team, navigating decisions, and moving through planning with clarity and confidence.

Between our bi-monthly meetings and our handy dandy wedding workbook, we smooth out the bumps and snags that normally come with planning a wedding by yourself. After all, you're not just planning a wedding, but learning how to plan a wedding. And that's a lot! We layer the planning process (from choosing vendors to who's carrying the rings down the aisle) to make it feel as approachable as possible, and we're here with a decade of wedding wisdom when you need it.
